For habitual actions:

She eats cereal for breakfast.

For general truths or general present:

Water boils at 100°C.

For a definite and close future:

The course starts tomorrow afternoon.

 

FORMS - Affirmative  
Base Form They eat cereal for breakfast.
Third-person singular form She eats cereal for breakfast.
   
FORMS - Negative  
Do not base form They don't eat cereal for breakfast.
Does not base form She does not eat cereal for breakfast.
