USES
For an action in progress in the future before another future action:

She will have been training for ten years when she skates in the Olympics.

 

FORMS - Affirmative  
Will have been progressive form We will have been driving for two hours when we reach Vancouver.
   
FORMS - Negative  
Will not have been progressive form We will not have been driving for very long when we reach Vancouver.
Won't have been progressive form We won't have been driving for very long when we reach Vancouver.
