General:   We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the ESL Study Guide service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the ESL Study Guide Newsletter, that are considered part of your ESL Study Guide account.  You may opt out of receiving them, but if you do so, we may not be able to provide all of our services to you.

 Children

 

Parents can review, edit, and delete information relating to their child's ESL Study Guide account using tools offered by ESL Study Guide Accounts. If a parent chooses not to allow us to further collect or use a child's information, parents enrolled in ESL Study Guide Accounts can delete their child's account by signing into that child's account and then visiting our Account Deletion page.

 

Confidentiality and Security

 

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that protect personal information about you.

 

Changes to this Privacy Policy

 

ESL Study Guide may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your ESL Study Guide account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.  If you do not wish us to continue to retain or use your personal information under the terms of the new policy, please notify us immediately or delete your personal information.  If you do not do so after have been notified of our new policy, our new policy will thereafter apply to all information collected from you.
